How to install a SSL certificate on a client's website.
How to get SSL certificate installed on a client website. You will need a unique IP address to install a SSL certificate. If you want a certificate installed we recommend using http://thawte.com, as it usually takes our techs 10 minutes or so. You will be charged $1.33 per minute.

Here is what you need to do to get a certificate installed:

1. Create a ticket and Include the following info:

A. Host to make cert for Country (2 letter Abbrivation) (US)
B. City
C. State
D. Company Name
E. Company Division
F. Email
G. Password
H. The domain name
I. And yes or no if you want the www. to also be SSL.

2. Our techs will generate a request and send it back in your trouble ticket.

3. You then need to forward the generated info to whom you purchased the SSL from, e.g. thawte.com

4. That company then gives final info to you, put it back in the ticket and send it back to use. The techs will then install it.

If you do not have a domain name yet, you can purchase one from any registrar. We recommend YellowDomains.com. YellowDomains.com only charges $8.75 per year with only one year up front, and only $7.75 if you transfer a domain from another registrar. You can also pay with credit card, check, or even cash, and YellowDomains.com will not solicit your clients for webhosting.

We also do not require you to put our name on your domain record as most ISP companies do. You control your domains 100%.
